Enoch Turner Schoolhouse
Toronto,
CANADA
Enoch Turner Schoolhouse was established in 1848 as a one-room school. Now a provincially-significant heritage property, it is the oldest school still standing in Toronto and is a valued historic property housing a museum and special events venue.

As part of the celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary, the Ontario Heritage Trust and the Advisory Board of the Enoch Turner Schoolhouse initiated a rolling program of improvements and restorations. MPP advised on programmatic and curatorial requirements and oversaw the off-site fabrication and on-site installation of new and restored exhibit elements.
