In collaboration with FUNDING matters inc., MPP produced a Business Plan and Capital Campaign Feasibility Study to assist in the future redevelopment of the Museum. With a new vision in place, the MPP team presented recommendations on comparable market trends, renewed the Museum’s mission, vision, and value statements, determined target audiences, developed strategies for marketing, forecasted income statements and balance sheets, and investigated and evaluated external opportunities for the Museum to successfully accomplish a large-scale major gifts campaign.
